Everything on griffinjacobs.com describes what our practice does and how we work. It is general information, not advice about your specific business, and reading it does not make you a client.

We keep the site accurate and current, but scopes, timelines and the tools we recommend change. Nothing here is a quote or an offer, and nothing here is a promise of a particular result.

Booking a discovery meeting costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The intake form before it is free. The written Diagnostic Audit and the presentation we produce after it are free.

Receiving the audit does not oblige you to buy anything. You can read it, take it to somebody else, act on it yourself, or do nothing at all. It is yours to keep.

No money is owed to us until you sign a statement of work.

When you decide to move forward, the work is defined in a written statement of work: fixed scope, fixed price and a delivery estimate per item. A master services agreement sits under it and covers the terms that apply to every project, including ownership of what we build, confidentiality, payment terms and how either side ends the relationship.

Both documents are produced at the end of the strategy briefing, from the scope you build with us. You sign them when you are ready. There is no minimum commitment and no retainer required to start.

The information on this site is provided as is. We make no warranty that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for a decision you make based on it alone. If a decision matters, talk to us or to another professional before you make it.

This limitation applies to the site only. The warranties and liability terms for work we are paid to do are in the master services agreement.

We link to third-party tools and services, including on the resources page. We do not control them, we do not take referral fees or affiliate commission from any of them, and we are not responsible for their content, their pricing or their handling of your data. Their terms and privacy policies are their own.

Read it, quote it, send it to someone. What you may not do is scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to impersonate our practice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this site belongs in the state or federal courts serving Mesa County, Colorado.
