Four things, and nothing else.

• Booking details. When you book a discovery meeting, our scheduling provider Cal.com collects your name, email address, the time you picked and anything you type into the booking notes.
• Emails you send us. If you write to info@griffinjacobs.com, we have your message and your email address, the same as any other email.
• The intake form. If you become a prospective client, we send you a short intake form in our client application. It asks about your business, your service area, how customers find you, the tools you use and where the friction is. You choose what to put in it.
• Anonymous page analytics. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and referrers without cookies and without building a profile of you. It does not identify individual visitors and we cannot use it to look up what one person read.

There is no newsletter signup, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no chat widget on this site.

Booking details exist so a meeting can happen. Your emails exist so we can answer them. The intake answers exist so the 30 minutes on the discovery call go to your business instead of to background questions, and so the written audit we produce is about your situation rather than a generic one.

The analytics exist so we know which pages people actually read. That is the entire use.

Our team sees it. Nobody else does, other than the service providers that operate the software we use to run the practice:

• Cal.com for scheduling and the booking record.
• Google Workspace for email, calendar and documents.
• Vercel for hosting this site and the anonymous page analytics.
• Supabase for the database behind our client application, where intake answers and audit drafts live.

Each of these processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not give your information to anyone else, and we do not use it to make introductions or referrals unless you ask us to.

If we work together, we keep your records for the life of the engagement and for seven years after it ends, which is what our accounting and tax obligations require.

If we talk and do not end up working together, we keep the discovery notes and intake answers for two years in case you come back, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner and we will.

Anonymous analytics are retained by Vercel on a rolling basis and are not tied to a person, so there is nothing in them to delete on request.

You can, at any time:

• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you in plain language.
• Ask us to correct something that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will, except where we are required to keep a financial record.

Write to info@griffinjacobs.com and we will answer within a few business days. You do not need to give a reason.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not run advertising or retargeting trackers on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not use your business data to train models.

This site and our services are for businesses. Nothing here is aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
