How it starts
It starts with a free discovery meeting. 30 minutes about your business and what is getting in the way, with a short intake form beforehand that takes five to seven minutes. A day or two later you get a written Diagnostic Audit at no charge, laying out what is worth fixing, in what order, and what each piece costs. Then we sit down for an hour and build the scope with you, line by line. You take on everything, a few things, or nothing at all.
Questions we get
Do you work with one-truck operations?
Yes. Most of the businesses we work with are owner-operated, and plenty of them are one person and a truck. The work is scoped to the business in front of us, not to a package.
I am not technical. Is that going to be a problem?
No. You do not need to know what any of it is called. We explain the trade-offs in plain words, you make the call, and we do the building.
Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
No. If something is working, it stays. The audit says what to keep as often as it says what to change.
