Where we work

Grand Junction, and the towns an hour out.

We are based in Grand Junction. We come out on site around Mesa County when being there helps, and we work remotely for everything else. The work does not change with the zip code.

Service area

The Western Slope

We work across the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade, Delta and Montrose, and the surrounding communities in the valleys either side of them. If you are within about an hour of Grand Junction, we can be at your shop.

On site means what it sounds like. The discovery meeting happens in person around Grand Junction whenever you would rather do it that way. The strategy briefing is in person or on Zoom, whichever suits your week. The build work happens remotely, because it is faster that way and it does not need us standing in your office.

The real estate side of the practice covers the same towns. Brokerages, independent agents, loan officers, inspectors, and title and escrow teams from Fruita to Montrose. Different jobsite, same problem.

Questions we get about the area

Do you travel outside Mesa County?

Yes. We drive out to Delta, Montrose and the towns in between for a discovery meeting or a strategy briefing when being in the room is worth the trip. Most of the build work happens remotely anyway, so distance is rarely the thing that decides whether we can help you.

Can we do everything over Zoom?

Yes. Plenty of clients never meet us in person. The discovery meeting, the strategy briefing and every conversation after that work fine on a call, and the audit arrives by email either way.

Do you work with businesses outside Colorado?

We can. The practice is built for the Western Slope though, and a lot of what makes the work good is knowing the market you sell into. We would rather say that plainly than pretend the distance makes no difference.

Somewhere on the Slope?

Book the discovery meeting. Thirty minutes on Zoom or in person around Grand Junction, and the written audit that follows is free.
