For real estate professionals
For the people who move Grand Junction.
Brokerages, independent agents, loan officers, home inspectors, and title and escrow teams. Different jobsite, same problem. The same time pressure and the same tech gap we see in the trades, on a file that has four offices touching it.

What a week looks like
Leads arrive from a dozen places. The site form, the portals, a sign call, a referral from a past client, a message on Facebook, a name somebody handed you at an open house in the Redlands. There is no single list, so the list is your phone.
Follow-up runs on memory. The buyer who is not ready until spring, the seller waiting on a job offer, the past client whose five-year mark is coming up. You mean to circle back with all of them. Some of them you do.
Your site looks like every other agent's site, because it came out of the same template. A headshot, a search box, and nothing on it that explains why somebody should call you instead of the name next door.
A buyer moving to Grand Junction asks an answer engine who to work with here. You are not in the reply. Often nobody local is.
Then there is the file itself. Agent, lender, inspector, title. Documents and deadlines move between four offices in text threads and forwarded email, and the milestones live in somebody's head until one of them slips.
What we fix
-
One list, and follow-up that is not yours to remember
Every lead source lands in one place, and the next touch goes out on schedule whether the day got away from you or not.

Named when a buyer asks who to work with here
Your profile, your listings and your site written so Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity can answer with you when the question is about Grand Junction.
See the service -
A site that is yours, not the template's
Fast, clean, and built around the work you actually do and the neighborhoods you actually know.
See the service -
The reading and the writing, cut down
Summaries of long threads, first drafts of listing copy and client updates, and a faster way through a disclosure packet.
See the service -
Handoffs that leave a trail
Deadlines, documents and status between agent, lender, inspector and title move on one track everybody can see.
See the service -
One system instead of three that fight
When the CRM, the transaction tracker and the marketing tool each hold a piece of the truth, we rebuild the stack rather than patch it again.

How it starts
It starts with a free discovery meeting. 30 minutes about how the office runs and where it snags, with a short intake form beforehand that takes five to seven minutes. A day or two later you get a written Diagnostic Audit at no charge, laying out what is worth fixing, in what order, and what each piece costs. Then we sit down for an hour and build the scope with you, line by line. You take on everything, a few things, or nothing at all.
Questions we get
Do you touch IDX feeds and MLS data?
That depends on your brokerage rules and your current provider. We look at what you have during the audit and say plainly whether it is worth keeping, changing or leaving alone.
Can you work with a brokerage and its agents at the same time?
Yes. Some work belongs at the brokerage level and some belongs to the individual agent. The audit separates the two so nobody pays for the same thing twice.
Do you run social media for agents?
No. Social media management and paid social are outside our practice. We work on the systems behind the business.
Ready to run it on something other than memory?
The discovery meeting is free. So is the written audit. You spend nothing until you decide something in it is worth fixing.
